you”l always rent the Villa + Guesthouse together.
The separate Guesthouse Mariposa is built in Ibiza-style with lots of authentic details.
The Casita accommodates:
2 Bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed (200X180) and 1 room with 2 single beds (200X90). There is airco and each room has a ceiling fan.
The casita has a dining/living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
Also Tv, free-WIFI, airco, Nespresso coffee machine with the first coffee pads, a toaster and a washing machine.
Linen and towels are included.
This lovely landhouse is located on a large plot of 6000m2 with a common salt water swimmingpool 5×10 m2. Around the pool you can use the sunbeds and enjoy the sun and the beautifull garden. There is a lot of space around the house, with a petanque area, fruit trees, palm trees and flowers. A paradise for children.
The Casita has a lovely view. You can enjoy the Sunrise and the Sunset.
Its located in the countyside and nearby Denia and Javea.’
The little village La Xara is only 2km away from the house, with a bakery, a supermarked and some restaurants.
Golf courts from Mariott hotel only 4km away. Horse riding 3km
Valencia and Alicante airport are about 100km distance. The lovely fisherman town Denia is away from 10 km and the beaches 8 km.
